HOW IT WORKS

Our Trainer Selection Process

1. Application

We review the candidate's background, experiences, and education. We also assess availability and how it aligns with our current training needs. 

2. Placement Tool

Candidates complete a multiple-choice assessment designed to evaluate their knowledge related to our curriculum. This helps us match trainers with sessions that fit their expertise, ensuring they’re always qualified and confident in leading.

3. Demo Video

Candidates submit a 7-minute video showcasing their facilitation skills. We look for an engaging, conversational, and personalized approach, while also evaluating their subject matter knowledge.

4. Meet & Greet

This is a 20-minute conversation with one of our team members to further assess advanced facilitation skills, such as adaptability and conflict resolution. It’s also an opportunity for candidates to ask any questions about the role.

5. Background Check

Candidates must pass a background check and have a U.S. Social Security Number, though they don’t need to reside in the U.S. We consider the nature, frequency, and recency of any offenses.

What training and support do you offer trainers?

After joining the team, every trainer goes through a comprehensive onboarding process. This includes a self-paced course, a platform tutorial, and a personalized Q&A session. You’ll also have access to an amazing support team available via text for immediate concerns, and a trainer team to support your ongoing development and success.

What kinds of learners do you work with?

Our learners are professionals working at companies that prioritize their development. Our clients represent a wide range of industries and leadership levels, and our learners join Bundle sessions from all over the world.

Is this a full-time opportunity?

The Bundle trainer role is best suited for those looking for supplemental income or an opportunity to make an impact. It is a contracted position and should not be relied upon for consistent or full-time income.

What opportunities are there for growth?

When you join our team, you’ll be matched with topics that align with your expertise. After gaining experience with our curriculum and leading sessions, you’ll have the chance to expand your trainer profile to cover additional topics. Standout trainers may also have the opportunity to lead pilot sessions with potential clients, and top performers could be considered for our Senior Trainer role.

Do I create my own content?

No need! We provide all the curriculum and supporting resources, so you can focus on what you do best—facilitating exceptional sessions for our learners. 

Do you hire career or life coaches?

While coaching skills are valuable in a training environment, we specialize in soft skills training. Our ideal trainers have at least 5 years of corporate training experience. Coaching or consulting experience is a bonus, but we prioritize training expertise.
